I have been working +20 years in different positions in digital industry - as a consultant and also leading teams in bigger and larger organizations. My passion is to disrupt current business models with digitalization. I have helped companies to build digital strategies and operations that mostly relates to sales, marketing and communications.

I have also been creating lean organisations and operation models for different size of organizations.

Recently I was leading a product development team in Schibsted marketplaces. I have also extensive experience in leading projects and programs especially in digital environment.

I have also been leading and coaching sales and marketing organizations and also been doing sales and marketing for several years.

I have also extensive experience about entrepreneurship - I'm currently leading out family business which operates in beauty industry.
